1. Is a photo required for all types of ski passes?
Photo is required for all ski passes, starting from a 1-day ski pass. Photo is not required only for a half-day ski pass and an individual ride pass.
2. Can more than one person use a single ski pass?
Ski pass is personalized and is not transferable to other persons. The only transferable ski pass is DUO ski pass.
3. Who can ski with a children’s ski pass?
A children’s ski pass can be used by children of age 6-11 years.
4. Do children under the age of 5 pay for a ski pass?
Children under the age of 5 do not pay for a ski pass.
5. Who is considered a senior when purchasing a ski pass?
Seniors include persons who are 65 years old and older.
6. Who is entitled to purchase a family package?
Family package is valid for at least one adult (parent/guardian) and one child. Families with children who are 12 years old and older also qualify for a family package, in which case a children’s ski pass is purchased at a price for adults.
7. Why is the price of ski pass at webshop increased for 500 RSD?
The price of ski pass is increased for deposit for key card. After the end of the skiing, this deposit is refunded at the sales points of PE Ski Resorts of Serbia.
8. Where can I purchase a ski pass?
A ski pass can be purchased: at the sales points of PE Ski Resorts of Serbia in ski centers/ski resorts, at our sales point in Belgrade (Beosport - Sava centar), through the web shop (the official webpage of Ski Resorts of Serbia) or through cashless payment (invoices) by legal persons.
9. Is discount approved for groups and in what amount?
Regular discounts apply for organized groups whose members purchase the same types of passes (for groups of 20-50 members 10% discount; for groups of 51-100 members 15% discount and for groups of 101 members and more 20% discount).
10.Are insurance, Mountain Rescue Service intervention (GSS) and health care included in the price of a ski pass or are they additionally charged?
A ski pass price includes the services provided in case of injury at the ski resort: Mountain Rescue Service intervention and health care service in the official ski center/ski resort health center. Additionally, all ski pass holders have the right to damage compensation in case of injury, paid by the insurance company with which PE Ski Resorts of Serbia signed the agreement on skiers insurance.
11.What is the procedure in case of injury at the ski resort?
In case of injury, the skier is obliged to contact the Mountain Rescue Service, which will intervene at the place where the injury occurred and transfer the injured person to the official ski center/ski resort health center.

12 How can the right to damage compensation in case of injury at the ski resort be exercised?
The following conditions have to me met: that the injured skier is the holder of a regular ski pass, the injury occurred at the ski resort, the Mountain Rescue Service intervened and there is a report of the official ski center/ski resort health center. Following the treatment and the final report of a specialist doctor from the health institution where the injured person was treated, the complete documentation has to be submitted to PE Ski Resorts of Serbia, which forwards it to the contracted insurance company.
13 Do foreigners pay for the health care service?
Foreigners from the countries with which Republic of Serbia has signed international agreements defining cooperation in the area of health insurance do not pay for the health care service (Albania, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, United Kingdom, Italy, Luxembourg, Hungary, Macedonia, Germany, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, France, the Netherlands, Croatia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Slovenia and Turkey). Other foreigners pay for the health care service, but they have the right to health care costs compensation by the insurance company with which PE Ski Resorts of Serbia signed the agreement.
14 Is VAT included in the price of a ski pass?
20% VAT is included in the price of a ski pass.
15What does the “ski pass 10/per season” enable during the season?
The pass “10/per season” enables 10 days of skiing, which do not have to be consecutive.
16.Who can use the night skiing slope?
The night skiing slope can be used by the owners of seasonal ski pass or owners of ski pass for night slope.
17.In which time of the day is a half-day pass valid?
There are two options regarding a half-day pass. The pass which is valid from the ski resort opening to 1 PM, or from 12:30 PM until the ski resort closing.
18.What is a 5/7 days ski pass?
The 5/7 ski pass enables 5 (selected) days of skiing within 7 calendar days.
19. Which pass is used by pedestrians (non-skiers)?
Pedestrians (non-skiing guests) use an individual ride pass. For that purpose, in Ski Center Kopaonik they can use the chairlifts Pančićev vrh and Karaman greben; at the Ski Resort Stara planina they can use the gondola Jabučko ravnište, while at the Ski Resort Tornik they can use the 4-seater chairlift Tornik.
20.Where can kids snowmobile be rented and what is the price?
Snowmobiles for kids can be rented at the ski centers at the price of 600 RSD/10 minutes.
21.What is the price for a snow groomer ride and how can the interested persons apply?
The price for a snow groomer ride is 2,000 RSD/20 minutes. These rides are scheduled after the regular ski resort working hours, and it has to be booked with the competent persons in the ski center a day in advance. The price for ride in taxi cabine of snow groomer in Ski Resort Kopaonik is 1500 RSD/20 minutes per person.
22. What is the price of an additional day of skiing?
The price of an additional day of skiing in the Ski Center Kopaonik is 2,000 RSD, provided that a 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9-day ski pass is previously purchased.
The price of an additional day of skiing at the resorts Stara planina and Tornik is 1,200 RSD, provided that a 5, 6 or 7-day pass is previously purchased.
23. Are there any discounts for university students?
For students, holders of the international ID card (ISIC) or European Youth Card (EYCA), there is a 10% discount. The discount cannot be awarded just by presenting the students’ transcript booklet.
24.What is a DUO pass?
A DUO pass is the only transferable ski pass, enabling both parents or guardians to use it alternately. The condition for purchasing a DUO pass is that both parents or guardians are present when purchasing it for the necessity of entering data and photos of both users in a pass. Parents/guardians with the child up to five years of age have the right to purchase a DUO pass.
25.Is it possible to purchase a ski pass online and in which manner?
A ski pass can be purchased online through the web shop on the official PE Ski Resorts of Serbia webpage. The purchaser should first register as the user. The purchase can be paid by any VISA, Master or Amex card.
25.What is my CVV code?
Visa and Master card cardholder turn your card over and look at the signature box. You should see either the entire 16-digit credit card number or just the last 4 digits followed by a special 3-digits code. This 3-digits code is your CVV number.
American Express card holders: look for 4-digit code printed on the front of your card just above and to the right of your main credit card number. This 4-digit code is your CID (Card Identification number)

26. Are entertainment activities available in the winter season?
As for the Ski Center Kopaonik, the bobsled roller coaster, tubing and ZIP line are open during the winter, while in the Ski Resort Tornik there is the bobsled roller coaster and ZIP line.
27. What are the working ours of the ski resorts?
The ski resorts’ working hours vary during the ski season. At the beginning of the season the working hours are 9 AM - 4 PM, and 8:30 - 4:30 PM in the second part of the season.
28.Where are the ski passes’ sales points located and what are their working hours?
The sales points in the Ski Center Kopaonik are located at the following spots: Administrative Building of PE Ski Resorts of Serbia (public counters and cafe Žica), Info Center of TSO Raška (Tourist Organization of Raška), Hotel JAT, Hotel Rtanj, Hotel Grand, next to Bobsled Roller Coaster and in the Kop line agency in village Brzeće. All sales points’ working hours are from 8 AM to 3:30 PM, except in the sales point in cafe Žica, working from 8 AM to 9:30 PM.
On Stara planina there are two sales points: next to the starting point of Gondola and at the starting point of Konjarnik chairlift. The working hours of the both are from 8 AM to 4:00 PM.
There are two sales points at Tornik Ski Resort: in the Administrative Building of PE Ski Resorts of Serbia and next to the Bobsled Roller Coaster. The working hours of the both are from 8 AM to 4:00 PM.
There is only one sales point In Belgrade, located in Beosport store in Sava centar and working from Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM-6 PM.
29.What is the amount of discount during the ski opening?
During the ski opening there is a 30% discount on the price of individual, half-day, 1-day, 2-day, 3-day and 4-day ski passes purchased in the ski centers and valid during the ski opening.
30.What are “TOP Ski Weekends” and what prices are valid for them?
TOP Ski Weekends are promo weekends during the seasons when there are discounts on 3-day and 4-day ski passes purchased in the ski centers. The amount of the discount is 20%;
31. Is the use of ski helmet mandatory?
For children up to 12 years of age the ski helmet is mandatory, and it is also recommended to all other skiers and snowboarders. Attendants of ski schools are also obliged to wear ski helmets.
32. Is there a right to remuneration in case of bad weather or electric power failure?
Remuneration is not provided in case of bad weather, closing of ski resort or part thereof for security reasons, interrupted work of chairlifts and unplanned shortening of tourist arrangements, neither for the Force Majeure (electric power failure and other circumstances over which PE Ski Resorts of Serbia cannot have any influence).
33.Are children allowed to use ski helmets for free?
At the sales points in the ski centers/ski resorts there is a certain number of available children’s ski helmets which can be borrowed and returned for free. Their availability is not guaranteed and depends on the current occupancy of the ski centers and interest of the visitors.
34.Is skiing outside of the marked ski slopes allowed?
Skiing outside of the marked ski slopes is at one’s own risk.
35.What is the procedure in case of a ski pass loss or damage?
In case of a ski pass loss or damage it is necessary to immediately report it to the competent services in the ski centers. Due to required identification check, it is necessary to carry a personal ID document and fiscal receipt from the ski pass purchase. The replacement of a lost or damaged ski pass is additionally charged 500 RSD per pass.
36.What do the colors of ski slopes on the ski resort map mean?
Ski slopes are classified and marked according to the degree of difficulty, depending on the properties of the area, i.e. areas through which the slope stretches.
Ski slopes are marked with numerated markings (sticks) of certain colors:
1) easy slope - green color;
2) moderately difficult slope - blue color;
3) difficult slope - red color;
4) extremely difficult color - black color.
Ski routes and snowmobile trails are marked in yellow color regardless of the degree of difficulty.
37.Can more than one type of discount be used?
The purchaser can use only one type of discount. Discounts obtained on different bases are not being summed.
38.Can the season pass purchasers use the entertainment contents?
The season pass purchasers have the right to use the entertainment contents (one ride per day).
39.Is it possible to purchase a corporate ski pass (passes held by legal persons)?
Legal persons can purchase the corporate non-personalized ski passes (up to 5 ski passes), having previously signed the agreement with PE Ski Resorts of Serbia. The agreement template can be downloaded from the official web page of the company

40. How are complaints filed in case of discontent with the service provided?
